Building a sustainable career in the creative industries often depends on access to networks, knowledge and opportunities that are not equally available to everyone. Access is a mentorship program in development that creates pathways for underrepresented youth to enter the creative sector.
The program brings together cultural, educational and grassroots partners to connect emerging creatives with experienced mentors through a trajectory of personal guidance, workshops, masterclasses and industry exposure. Alongside supporting mentees, the program also helps mentors develop the pedagogic and leadership skills needed for long-term creative mentorship.
