Building a sustainable career in the creative industries often depends on access to networks, knowledge and opportunities that are not equally available. Creative Futures is a mentorship program in development that creates pathways for underrepresented youth to develop a stronger sense of identity, purpose and direction.
The program brings together cultural, educational and grassroots partners to connect emerging creatives with experienced mentors through a trajectory of personal guidance, workshops and industry exposure. Creative Futures also helps mentors develop the pedagogic and leadership skills needed for long-term mentorship.
