Creative Futures is a capacity-building programme that helps young people develop adaptive leadership and creative problem-solving — the capacity to act when existing structures fall short. Growing up under climate stress and economic exclusion often means facing exactly those situations, ones no fixed curriculum can fully prepare you for.
The program brings together cultural, educational and grassroots partners to connect young adults with experienced mentors through a trajectory of personal guidance, workshops and practice-based advice. Creative Futures also enables aspiring mentors to develop the pedagogic and leadership skills needed for long-term mentorship.
