Labels in Transition supports emerging label founders in navigating a changing music industry while strengthening their role in artistic development, cultural exchange and community building. The initiative approaches independent labels not only as businesses, but as cultural infrastructures that create space for new artists, ideas and communities.
Through workshops, peer learning and international exchanges, participants gain practical knowledge in curation, artist development, publishing, distribution, rights management, finance and audience engagement. They build the skills, confidence and networks needed to run resilient and sustainable labels.
