Landscape is a participatory workshop introducing youth to intentional listening through experimentation and play.
The experiental format combines hands-on expeditions with training in field recording and creative sound practices to help participants explore their immediate surroundings in new ways. By working with everyday sound and direct environments, Landscape encourages greater awareness of attention, perception and the relationship between people and place.
Designed for hybrid classroom and outdoor settings, the workshops are accessible, playful and adaptable for smaller and larger groups. The program is currently evolving towards a scalable format for high schools, with the ambition to develop an open framework, course structure and educational resources that can be shared with educators and facilitators internationally.
